Dundas Castle is a stunning 5 Star wedding venue available on an exclusive use basis for weddings. It is situated in 100 acres of grounds within easy reach of Edinburgh.
The original castle keep was built in 1416 and the main house was completed in 1818 so there is plenty of history associated with the Castle. As a venue, Dundas Castle can accommodate up to 180 guests. At any time of year the castle offers a spectacular backdrop for your wedding and wedding photographs.
The venue is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies which can take place in a variety of locations from the Georgian Croquet Room to an outdoor ceremony on the magnificent lawns surrounding the castle.
A wedding breakfast for up to 60 guests can be held in the main house and for numbers up to 180, the Pavilion lit by chandeliers is a beautiful alternative.
There are 14 individually designed luxurious en-suite bedrooms available for you and your guests.
